Neighborhood

The Sunset Knoll subdivision is situated in the Township of Amity, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

 

Our community consists of 98 single family homes and boasts 38 acres of designated open space.

 

The community was developed by the Forino Company.

 

Sunset Knoll was officially dedicated to Amity Township on October 28,2008 (Resolution No. 08-23).

 

Our community is managed by a Homeowner's Association made up of homeowners who volunteer their time to serve the community.
